Our brewery is one of the only in-house brewing companies in the heart of downtown Chicago. We are authentic, original, and evolving, all while being in a historic space. Adams Street is where The Berghoff became an establishment, earned Chicago’s first post-prohibition liquor license, and served generations of families. As a tribute to the place that the Berghoff family has called home for over a century, the brewery is named Adams Street Brewery.

Come to Alarmist Brewing for fresh, award-winning craft beers in a relaxed and welcoming taproom. Did you know we were the first EVER gold medal winner for Hazy IPA at GABF? Yup, Le Jus is a part of brewing history and we are proud to serve it as fresh as possible. Our taproom is family and dog friendly and our unique beer garden is a lovely oasis in the busy city. We have a large projection screen for all of your Chicago sports and special events. You can bring your own food, arrange delivery, or enjoy our many restaurant pop-ups and food trucks. Founded in 2014 in Chicago by cousins Jared Rouben (Brewmaster) and Jeremy Cohn (CEO), Moody Tongue is built on the philosophy of culinary brewing, appealing to those with a discerning palate or, as Rouben describes, a "moody tongue." Utilizing his extensive culinary background and brewing education, Rouben approaches brewing with a chef's mindset. In 2019, the brewery relocated and expanded to launch two all-new dining concepts -- (1) a casual, à la carte tasting room, THE BAR, and (2) an upscale, intimate fine dining restaurant, THE DINING ROOM. Since opening, Moody Tongue has been honored to receive stars in the Chicago MICHELIN Guide in 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025.

21+ after 6pm!! Off Color Brewing's taproom, Mousetrap, is located on the western edge of Lincoln Park and open seven days a week. We offer a robust tap list and a full bar. Pilot Project Brewing Logan Square is a brewery and beverage incubator. It serves as a launch pad for innovative drinks in Chicago and beyond. The menu is always rotating, with craft beer, cocktails, hard kombucha, and non-alcoholic options. The kitchen offers sandwiches, wraps, and seasonal dishes for lunch and dinner. The space opens early with coffee, tea, and pastries and welcomes remote workers during the day. A full-service patio provides outdoor seating, and yes, it’s pet friendly.

Printer's Row Brewing is a nano craft beer brewery with tasting room on Chicago's North West Side of Jefferson Park. We offer a wide variety of beer styles at all times of the year. Porters in summer? Absolutely. Blonde Ales, Brown Ales, Pils, Saisons, IPA and Pale Ales and not just 7 IPA's? Better believe it. We also partner with our friends at Pequod's Pizza and serve their thin crust, 10" pizzas, which are absolutely delicious. We also have baked pretzels, mozzarella sticks, grilled cheese, chips and other snacks. Or, feel free to bring in take out from our amazing neighbors like Earl's BBQ, Smakosz Polish Restaurant, Joe's Pizza and A Taste Of The Philippines. All fantastic can't miss with any of them. Our Kedzie Avenue production brewery and taproom is the home base for Revolution Brewing. Open since Spring 2012, our 90,000-square-foot production brewery—one of the largest in Illinois—is where we fill kegs and cans for distribution. It is the largest independently owned brewery in Illinois that houses our scenic German beer hall-inspired taproom with 20 draft lines and packaged beverages to-go, and it provides a great meeting space for gatherings and community events. The taproom is OPEN. Come raise a pint with us.

Solemn Oath Brewery's Still Life Taproom features 20 Craft Beer taps, the full line of City Water Hard Seltzer, a seasonally rotating City Spritz seltzer-based cocktail program, and more. Still Life is family friendly, dog friendly, and BYOF friendly with weekly food pop-ups from local vendors every Friday and Saturday.
