Founded in 2014 in Chicago by cousins Jared Rouben (Brewmaster) and Jeremy Cohn (CEO), Moody Tongue is built on the philosophy of culinary brewing, appealing to those with a discerning palate or, as Rouben describes, a "moody tongue." Utilizing his extensive culinary background and brewing education, Rouben approaches brewing with a chef's mindset. In 2019, the brewery relocated and expanded to launch two all-new dining concepts -- (1) a casual, à la carte tasting room, THE BAR, and (2) an upscale, intimate fine dining restaurant, THE DINING ROOM. Since opening, Moody Tongue has been honored to receive stars in the Chicago MICHELIN Guide in 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025.

Duneyrr Wine and Beer Company is actively booking weddings, corporate events, birthdays, and private celebrations while our tasting room is currently closed while we undergo brewhouse and cellar renovations. Established in 2021, Duneyrr is a unique Chicago brewery, winery, and multi-floor private event venue offering an unforgettable setting for special occasions. PREVIOUS Haymarket Pub & Brewery is where the workers of the world unite around some of the city's most sought after beers. We have a simple philosophy: make the best beer we can, and deliver it as fresh as we can. It's worked pretty well for us so far. To date, our brewmaster Pete Crowley has won over 50 local, national and international brewing awards. We've combined our world class beer with some of the city's best made-from-scratch bar food to create one of Chicago's great casual brewpubs. Our brews range from refreshing Pilsners, hoppy IPA's and Belgian ales to rich Imperial stouts aged in bourbon barrels in our cellar. Our fresh housemade sausages are among the city's best, and we're pretty famous for our burgers & pizzas as well.
