PREVIOUS Haymarket Pub & Brewery is where the workers of the world unite around some of the city's most sought after beers. We have a simple philosophy: make the best beer we can, and deliver it as fresh as we can. It's worked pretty well for us so far. To date, our brewmaster Pete Crowley has won over 50 local, national and international brewing awards. We've combined our world class beer with some of the city's best made-from-scratch bar food to create one of Chicago's great casual brewpubs. Our brews range from refreshing Pilsners, hoppy IPA's and Belgian ales to rich Imperial stouts aged in bourbon barrels in our cellar. Our fresh housemade sausages are among the city's best, and we're pretty famous for our burgers & pizzas as well.

We brew and sell tasty beers from our home inside the District Brew Yards in West Town, Chicago. Try our beers to enjoy nuanced, interesting & downright chuggable flavors for any occasion. Drink beer, light fires.

Our brewery is one of the only in-house brewing companies in the heart of downtown Chicago. We are authentic, original, and evolving, all while being in a historic space. Adams Street is where The Berghoff became an establishment, earned Chicago’s first post-prohibition liquor license, and served generations of families. As a tribute to the place that the Berghoff family has called home for over a century, the brewery is named Adams Street Brewery.

21+ after 6pm!! Off Color Brewing's taproom, Mousetrap, is located on the western edge of Lincoln Park and open seven days a week. We offer a robust tap list and a full bar.
