Tasa Coffee Roasters is a family-owned café and roastery located in Chicago’s West Humboldt Park, founded by chef Jackie Marquez and her husband Pierre. Inspired by their shared love for coffee and culinary arts, they began roasting on their patio during the COVID-19 pandemic and opened Tasa in 2022. As a Latina-owned, woman-forward business, Tasa celebrates culture through its specialty drinks like Horchata Cold Brew and homemade empanadas and tamales. Committed to equity and sustainability, they support fair wages for employees and coffee farmers alike. With cozy seating for 40, Tasa Coffee Roasters is the perfect spot to relax, work remotely, or catch up with friends over freshly roasted coffee and handcrafted bites.

Breakfast House specializes in breakfast and lunch. Open 7 days a week, We make sure all our ingredients are fresh and each dish is perfectly made. Our breakfast menu is served until 3:00 PM and includes signature items like our Breakfast House Hash as well as our delicious pancakes. We serve our own blend of Intelligentsia roasted coffee and can whip up a tasty latte or cappuccino made with LavAzza espresso. We also offer orange, grapefruit, and tomato juice squeezed fresh daily in our kitchen. The lunch menu includes an array of fresh salads and sandwiches. We offer daily lunch specials including homemade soups. Our menu contains many vegetarian and gluten-free options."
