The Fat Shallot at Sterling is the first brick and mortar location of their popular food truck concept and offers some of the greatest hits from the two trucks. The location presents four classic sandwiches, house-made soup and fresh salads. The lunch menu includes gourmet favorites such as The Fat Shallot Turkey breast sandwich with avocado, arugula, cucumber and basil aioli and Grilled Cheese with muenster cheese melted between slices of rustic sourdough with sautéed spinach and caramelized onions.
