Gus' Sip & Dip

Tucked into the lower level of Crying Tiger in River North, Kitty's Cosmopolitan Club is a cocktail lounge from Kevin Beary and the award-winning team behind Gus' Sip & Dip. The opulent interior, designed with David Collins Studio, sets the stage where cocktails are ordered, crafted, and served by expert bartenders. The bar program has three experiences: From the Cold Room, cocktails held in Chicago's first -16°F walk-in freezer; From the Bar, made-to-order classics; and From the Trolley, cocktails prepared tableside in fine crystal. Low- and no-alcohol options, plus coffee and tea, are also available. The food menu, from James Beard-nominated Chef Thai Dang and Chef Bob Broskey, features a raw bar and dim sum to complement the cocktails.

Holloway's Bar is an homage to Chicago's rich history as the candy capital of the world. Since the late 1800s, the River North area in particular - has been a dynamic hub for the Windy City's sweetest industry. A key member of this confectionary revolution was Milton J. Holloway, who was the original producer of a chocolate-covered caramel treat called a "Milk Dud". Holloway's serves light fare, sharing plates, cocktails and a great late-night happy hour. The menu includes salads, sides, and kids' options.

The Bamboo Room at Three Dots and a Dash is an intimate 22-seat cocktail bar led by Beverage Director Kevin Beary, offering guided rum experiences featuring rare and exceptional spirits. Expert bartenders lead guests through house daiquiris, modern interpretations of iconic tiki classics, and progressive cocktails crafted with carefully selected rums. The Bamboo Room also hosts private events, and exclusive experiences.
