Candor is an independent, specialty coffee shop serving thoughtfully sourced coffee, matcha, and pastries in Chicago. We focus on quality, hospitality, and transparency, from how our drinks are prepared to how our space feels. Our menu highlights carefully roasted coffees, well balanced espresso, and innovative flavours. Candor is designed to be a welcoming neighborhood space for daily rituals, conversation, and great coffee.

Established on October 10, 2016, our 400-square-foot walk-up café is nestled at the north-east corner of our training center offering a unique blend of craftsmanship and community. With a thoughtfully designed glass divider, customers are treated to an insider’s view of our training center, creating a seamless connection between craft and café. Our space reflects a harmonious blend of modern industrial and Scandinavian-inspired design. From blonde and pink wall and ceiling slats to walnut countertops, glass dividers, and exposed brick, every detail was curated to create a warm, inviting, and creative atmosphere. We’re proud to offer more than just coffee—we invite you to experience the artistry and passion behind every drink.
