The environment and our community are important to us. There is an obvious reduction of carbon emissions when we choose to bike instead of drive, but we are further decreasing our carbon footprint by keeping our bike manufacturing here at home. Our eco-friendly bikes are built with American steel, welded and assembled locally. Chicago hasn't seen a production run of locally fabricated bike since the '70s, when Schwinn left. We're here changing that.

Our primary purpose is to build community through good coffee, good food with great friends. Our concept is to focus on quality blends with an inviting aroma and unmatched taste to leave every person with a smile. Our desire is to bring to the neighborhood a cuisine that will intrigue connoisseurs with elevated coffee, and delectable sandwiches.

Just about everything we serve is made-from-scratch in house using mostly organic, non-GMO ingredients. Our staff are highly trained to deliver exceptional quality. At Pedestrian we care about people from the coffee farm to the end consumer. From sourcing and roasting our farm-to-table coffee to handing it off to you in the cafe, our priority it to treat all people with kindness. This means we pay top prices to coffee growers. Levant Coffee is a pickup-focused iced latte bar in Lakeview East. We specialize in signature dessert-inspired iced lattes and cold brews, crafted for consistency and speed. Our intentionally streamlined menu is built around mobile order-ahead service. Indoor seating is not available, and outdoor seating is seasonal.
