Every cafe is an experience. We try to incorporate pre-existing architecture and history into every cafe—repurposing as much as we can. Yet, despite their individuality, all our cafes share a familiar and inviting ambience. Come unwind; enjoy some coffee and good eats.

Just about everything we serve is made-from-scratch in house using mostly organic, non-GMO ingredients. Our staff are highly trained to deliver exceptional quality. At Pedestrian we care about people from the coffee farm to the end consumer. From sourcing and roasting our farm-to-table coffee to handing it off to you in the cafe, our priority it to treat all people with kindness. This means we pay top prices to coffee growers.
