Way back in 2017, Sunday Dinner Club sous chef Becca Grothe shared her version of a Cubano sandwich with chefs Josh Kulp and Christine Cikowski, they all knew it was something truly special. Becca has, it seems, a particular talent for creating full flavored, full happiness sandwiches and we found an equally happy audience that was clamoring to eat ‘em. So we kept trying sandwich after sandwich. Creating. Testing. Tasting. Rinse, wash, repeat. Call it a slow burn. After a couple of years of various pop ups (yum!), one maternity leave for Becca and her family (yay!), and a global pandemic (booooo), we have finally have found our brick and mortar location. Becca’s food is rooted in her Midwest, Western Illinois roots.

We make our bagels the traditional way – mixing the ingredients in house, rolling by hand, kettle-boiling, and baking in a rotating deck oven. We offer gourmet sandwich creations, house smoked white fish, thin sliced pastrami, and premium smoked salmon. Enjoy the finest pickles in the country, and traditionally mixed tuna fish salad. Place your order for breakfast or lunch between 7:00am to 2pm everyday. We will send you a text when your order is ready to be picked up!

Cheba Hut is a "toasted" sub concept that has been curing munchies since its start in 1998. Founder Scott Jennings decided to showcase the harmony between great tasting food and ... well, a very specific counter-culture. The menu features over 30 signature sub sandwiches, as well as a variety of Rice Krispy treats, salads and munchies.
