The menu from Chef de Cuisine, Dylan Patel, highlights inventive small and large plates drawing inspiration from Mediterranean classics while the wine list, curated by Sommelier and Owner, Eduard Seitan, remains at the concept's core with a focus on the sun-drenched regions of the Mediterranean.
