About

Inspired in part by old-world butcher shops, salumerias, and cafes across the globe, Lardon specializes in charcuterie and salumi, all made on site. Our all-day restaurant transforms from café to salumeria to bistro, offering espresso and housemade pastries in the morning, daytime lunch, & charcuterie all the time. Stay for our 4-Course Prix Fixe dinner menu at $45 per person, offered Thursday through Saturday with creative ever-changing seasonal menus that rotate weekly. Our beverage menu features a boutique wine and an expansive amari list, eight rotating draft beers & seasonal cocktails rooted in aperitivo culture. Coffee & espresso, roasted locally by Metropolis, tastes even better when enjoyed al fresco on our romantic patio.
