Located in Chicago's vibrant West Loop, El Che Steakhouse & Bar is an award-winning live-fire restaurant recently named the #9 Restaurant in Chicago by Chicago Magazine. Inspired by the rich traditions of Argentine asados, Executive Chef/Partner John Manion has created one of Chicago's premier destinations for wood-fired steak, exceptional wine, and unforgettable dining experiences. At the center of the restaurant stands a custom-built 12-foot live-fire grill, where premium steaks, fresh seafood, seasonal vegetables, and South American-inspired specialties are cooked over open flames. The restaurant's signature hearth creates a unique atmosphere for guests dining at the Chef's Counter, Hearth Table, or at the bar for Happy Hour.
