We're a small local business built by a pastry chef and an architect: one shapes the dough, the other shapes the space, and together we bring you real sourdough bagels the way they're meant to be. Like the classics, our bagels are boiled and baked, but each one is hand-rolled and made with a slow sourdough fermentation, giving them a lighter crumb, a subtly tangy bite, and a golden, craveable crust. Taco Maya began with the desire to provide a unique dining experience by combining authentic Mexican food, as well as fusion items inspired from various cultures. To us, that meant quality food and people. Our goal was simple, to open a restaurant serving delicious food made from scratch with the freshest ingredients.
