80 years ago Ann Sather decided Chicago needed a restaurant where people could come for generous homemade meals, warm hospitality and friendly faces. Featuring a menu filled with Scandinavian dishes punctuated with an abundance of American breakfast and lunch favorites, Ann Sather is favorite spot for a quick breakfast or a relaxed brunch with family and friends. In addition to its mouthwatering cinnamon rolls -- that have been featured on several Food Network and Cooking Channel shows -- Ann Sather also is known for its “good food, good friends and good conversation” philosophy that has made it a "must go" restaurant of Chicagoans and tourists for decades.
