About

HOLLOW LEG cocktail classes are for curious folks who are interested in the art + science behind mixology, but aren’t interested in the pretension that they’re normally served with (read: We’re not the kind of mixologists donning ironic facial hair or leather aprons). Our classes are real life test kitchens where class-goers make customized cocktails tailored to their palate, while we peel back the curtain as to how they’re made. During our classes, you’ll be guided on how to make cocktails with handcrafted bitters/tinctures (we make them ourselves!), and use local, seasonal ingredients we source from local farmers. Make something truly terrible in class? We love a bad cocktail, as we can use science to correct something gone awry!
