PREVIOUS Haymarket Pub & Brewery is where the workers of the world unite around some of the city's most sought after beers. We have a simple philosophy: make the best beer we can, and deliver it as fresh as we can. It's worked pretty well for us so far. To date, our brewmaster Pete Crowley has won over 50 local, national and international brewing awards. We've combined our world class beer with some of the city's best made-from-scratch bar food to create one of Chicago's great casual brewpubs. ESCO is a cocktail lounge above Trino restaurant with a separate private back alley entrance.
